Jill’s clients learn the traditional strength and cardio exercises, but have the added benefit of supplementing their programs with Pilates on the mat or reformer as well as private and semi-private Spinning sessions.

As a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, and having been trained in the Stott method of Pilates, Jill believes that a strong core is the foundation for excelling in both sports and everyday activities.

Under Jill’s careful and experienced guidance, clients enjoy that “feel good” glow that comes from an increased energy level and heightened state of overall good health.

Jill maintains her commitment to continuing education by attending conferences, workshops and courses year round.
