Hertha has worked as a group fitness instructor for several years, and is recently spending more of her time focusing on Personal Training and Strength Training.

Clients with Osteoporosis will benefit from Hertha’s expertise as she guides them through an appropriate exercise program to improve their bone density and help to reverse bone loss they may have already experienced.

Hertha works with clients who have been referred for exercise by disability insurance companies, and as they recover from their medical conditions, Hertha’s gentle and compassionate teaching style gives them the confidence they need to return to work, or simply to enjoy a healthier lifestyle.

As Pilates continues to be a popular form of exercise, Hertha has completed her education as a Mat Pilates instructor as well as instruction using the Pilates Reformer as a valuable strength-training tool.

Hertha also provides Private and Semi Private (pairs) Spinning training in the Leaps & Bounds Studio
