Functional training makes use of equipment and floor space to enable the client to simulate their real life activities as they exercise.
Using “compound exercises” – exercises that use more than one muscle group – clients can prepare themselves for better function in their favorite hobbies such as gardening or car restoration, or in their favorite recreational activities such as hiking, playing golf or tennis and bicycle riding.
