“FITNESS” has several definitions and applies to each of us in a personal way:

1) The ability to perform daily tasks and activities without injury and to enjoy leisure activities and pursuits

2) Skill related fitness – components such as Balance, Agility, Power, Speed, Hand/Eye Coordination, Flexibility

3) State of “Well-being” or” Health” we are able to defend against diseases and illness by maintaining a healthy balance of Lean/Fat Body Composition, optimum Cardiovascular function, appropriate Weight, good Nutrition

In order to enjoy our day-to-day activities, whether they are the functions of our job or our leisure pursuits, we all need some level of Fitness.  Spring is a good time to focus on your own personal “FITNESS”!
